I had come the previous day because I had made an appt for an oil change. when I arrived, I found out that Fowler no longer does appts for oil changes and that it would be first come first serve. Since it would be an hour and a half wait, I asked if I came when they opened in the morning would that be better. The service rep told me that if I arrived when they open, they would have me out of there by 8:15 a.m. I arrived a few minutes after opening and I was done by 8:30 a.m.

My visit of 5/16 was an anomaly, I arrived at 11:15 for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation -- I was there to wait for the completion of the service , which I was told would take between 1 hour - 1 1/4 hours -- I waited until 1:15 and went back top the service writer and asked about the length of time I had been waiting -- The Service Writer had forgotten that I was waiting and stated that he had just received the keys back and the vehicle was ready. It was a very slow day in the service department and I fell through the cracks. I am very disappointed with the service and will reevaluate where I take my vehicle for service in the future.

I believe the a/c in my 2013 Acadia is working well now, but it took several trips to the dealership and the shop had custody of my vehicle for close to two weeks off and on. If it had not been for Service Advisor Ben Williams, I would have been given my car back with an improperly repaired a/c. This is the first somewhat negative experience I have had at Fowler Buick GMC, so I will return for future repairs as needed. Ben Williams took very good care of me.

I brought my car there at 7:00am, because the someone on the phone told me first come first served, I told him my check engine light was on and my fuse pump module needed flag. I also asked him do I need to make appointment he said NO. I called at 11:00am cause I haven’t heard anything, he said they haven’t got to it yet. I tried again around 2:00pm and then he they still haven’t looked at yet so I told him it’s getting late and I need my car for transportation, then my son called y’all and he told him that my car was in line cause they got car from yesterday haven’t been seen. If I have known that, NOWAY I the world would I have left my car. I canceled my first appointment at 9:00am at the other Buick Dealership because the guy said first comes first served. LESSON LEARN. I never do that again. THANK YOU

Booked an appointment via the myGMC app to take care of my recalls. I called a week before to see if I could secure a loaner vehicle since I was driving from Starkville because the two dealerships near me didn’t service the recalls. I called GM to see how to get the recalls fixed and they said they’ve only released certain dealerships to service the L87 issue. I inquired if he could tell me which dealerships were able to work on the issue and he told me no. I asked if could tell me which dealerships were NOT released to service the issue and he told me no. So, I booked the appointment at Fowler because that’s who I bought it from. Well after I called to see about a loaner, i was told the lady handling loaners was not in but he was leaving her a message to call me the next day. I never got a call. I called while driving to the appointment to see about the loaner. When I told with someone, he sounded like he couldn’t find my reservation and he needed to call me back. He finally called me back to let me know they weren’t able to work on my recalls NOR did they have a loaner available. This is after I’ve been on the road for over an hour heading to Jackson. All that to say, I drove 5 hours and wasted an entire day to get an oil change. Just a complete an utter Charlie Foxtrot.

I would like to express my intention to rescind my previous review of the service performed on my vehicle. Upon returning for further evaluation, the service manager provided an explanation and visual demonstration of the underlying issue. It was determined that the problem stemmed from my tires, which were adversely affected by compromised hubs, resulting in tire cupping. Following this clarification, I purchased new tires and observed a significant improvement in my vehicle's performance. However, during a recent road trip, it became apparent that I will soon require a new transmission due to persistent surging while driving. Although this represents a considerable financial investment that I must plan for, I intend to proceed with the transmission replacement. I wish to extend my gratitude to Ben and the service manager for their diligent attention to the concerns I raised. I sincerely appreciate their efforts in resolving these issues.

I arrived at 6:45, I was there waiting for the door to open, thought I needed a rebuilt transmission in my 2019 GMC Sierra SLT 2wd with the 8 speed transmission. I told the service representative what my concern was, my transmission was shuttering when shifting gears, he said that was called torque converter shutter and all I needed was a transmission fluid flush. So, instead of $5 to $8,000.00 it cost me $340.00 to fix the problem.
