Always an excellent experience at Fowler. Service Advisor Ben Williams did a great job communicating with me and my repairs were fixed the first time.

Booked an appointment via the myGMC app to take care of my recalls. I called a week before to see if I could secure a loaner vehicle since I was driving from Starkville because the two dealerships near me didn’t service the recalls. I called GM to see how to get the recalls fixed and they said they’ve only released certain dealerships to service the L87 issue. I inquired if he could tell me which dealerships were able to work on the issue and he told me no. I asked if could tell me which dealerships were NOT released to service the issue and he told me no. So, I booked the appointment at Fowler because that’s who I bought it from. Well after I called to see about a loaner, i was told the lady handling loaners was not in but he was leaving her a message to call me the next day. I never got a call. I called while driving to the appointment to see about the loaner. When I told with someone, he sounded like he couldn’t find my reservation and he needed to call me back. He finally called me back to let me know they weren’t able to work on my recalls NOR did they have a loaner available. This is after I’ve been on the road for over an hour heading to Jackson. All that to say, I drove 5 hours and wasted an entire day to get an oil change. Just a complete an utter Charlie Foxtrot.

The dealership in my opinion should have done more to help with getting GM Rewards points transferred to the customer's account. Working things out with General Motors was not as easy as it should have been.

I would like to express my intention to rescind my previous review of the service performed on my vehicle. Upon returning for further evaluation, the service manager provided an explanation and visual demonstration of the underlying issue. It was determined that the problem stemmed from my tires, which were adversely affected by compromised hubs, resulting in tire cupping. Following this clarification, I purchased new tires and observed a significant improvement in my vehicle's performance. However, during a recent road trip, it became apparent that I will soon require a new transmission due to persistent surging while driving. Although this represents a considerable financial investment that I must plan for, I intend to proceed with the transmission replacement. I wish to extend my gratitude to Ben and the service manager for their diligent attention to the concerns I raised. I sincerely appreciate their efforts in resolving these issues.

Batteries had to be replaced

I was greeted by a serviceman who took care of my concerns. They needed my truck for several so I got a loaner. I was pleased with the transaction.

The service didn’t take long for the tech to perform the repairs and notification was great!

I brought my GMC Sierra in due to a recall on the engine. Fowler personnel did good job of getting the work done. My only problem is I have not received any information from GMC about my vehicle. I understand the warranty on the engine was extended. I would like something in writing as to what was done and the results.

I arrived at 6:45, I was there waiting for the door to open, thought I needed a rebuilt transmission in my 2019 GMC Sierra SLT 2wd with the 8 speed transmission. I told the service representative what my concern was, my transmission was shuttering when shifting gears, he said that was called torque converter shutter and all I needed was a transmission fluid flush. So, instead of $5 to $8,000.00 it cost me $340.00 to fix the problem.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation! Also asked for the tires to be aired up properly to 35 psi ! Everything was done efficiently and in a timely manner! The waiting room was comfortable and clean! The refreshments were good as well!

I received excellent service from the moment I entered the service center. All of my concerns were addressed and my vehicle was serviced properly and quickly. All the advisors and staff were very welcoming. There were refreshments available in the waiting area, and it was clean and comfortable. Bonus points for the option to communicate with the service advisor and make payments online rather than having to walk back and forth. I will be returning.

Didn’t ask how I was purchasing my suv until I was picking it up. I wrote a check and couldn’t get my paper work until check cleared. If I had know that was going to happen I could have gotten a cashiers check. Need to let customers know up front.

Good -- I am very comfortable with service personal at Fowler -- but 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is too long. What it means is including travel time from my home in Madison County and the time I wait while vehicle is being serviced is approximately 3 hours.

I have brought my truck in 6 times for same camera repair but the repair was not completed as needed so I will bring it back for 7th Hopefully they can get it this time

Fowler's service team did an excellent job diagnosing the A/C issue, working with the warranty company to file the claim, and fixing the issue when the parts came in. There was zero hassle for me in dealing with the warranty claim, and the A/C issue is resolved.

We called on a Friday afternoon because the transmission was out on our '24 GMC Denali Acadia with 17,600 miles. Larry, the service advisor explained how he would take care of issue for me. He communicated regularly with updates and the repair was completed when promised. We were able to pick up our car after hours a week later on Saturday.

Our sales representative did an excellent job at maintaining communication and made the process very smooth .

I could not have been treated better . My salesman, Jon McCartney, was outstanding, went over the vehicle from the front bumper to the tailgate. His knowledge of the vehicles was top notch and he never hesitated to go back over anything he had already told me. I’ve bought many vehicles as a retired GMAC employee. I’ve never been treated better or educated more. There was zero pressure, only people wanting me to be happy with what I purchased.
